We manufacture each product to order. We'll put the same effort into the speed of manufacture and delivery as you'll put into your training, achieving our goal of getting you your products as soon as possible.
We're a small business and are currently unable to accept returns. We take care throughout manufacturing to reduce returns, and provide information on fit to help make sure your products are perfect for you. If you do experience a fault, we can explore refunds and replacements. See more information below.

Each product is printed to order - we aim to dispatch within 5 working days from order. This helps us reduce waste and keep products personal.

UK Shipping Options

Royal Mail 48 Tracked is £5.00. This is a tracked service. Delivery is estimated 2-3 working days from dispatch. We offer free Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery for orders over £50.00.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked is £6.00. This is a tracked service. Delivery is estimated 1-2 working days from dispatch.
EU Shipping Options

Royal Mail European Tracked is £212.50. This is a tracked service. Delivery is estimated 3-5 working days from dispatch.

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK or EU. If you’re looking to ship a product outside of these regions, please email us as info@wearpending.com and we’ll what we can do.

All our products are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services. You'll receive a link as soon as your order ships.

RETURNS
As a small business just starting things - we print each product to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns.
To avoid returns, we aim to take care throughout manufacturing and provide as much information on product fit as possible. Please read fit information carefully on product pages to make sure you buy the perfect fit that helps you run like a champion.
We want every Pending wearer to be satisfied with their product. If you receive a product with a fault, or a fault develops beyond normal wear and tear, we will investigate this in line with our Ts & Cs and can explore refund or replacement options.
